| We send our t-shirts using Royal Mail. In most cases t-shirts are despatched WITHIN 6 WORKING DAYS. Although we try to beat these our estimated delivery times are:
Guarantee & returns policy You can return your order from this catalogue for any reason, at any time within 28 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, on condition that the items are returned in the same condition. 1. Print off a copy of your order emailed to you when you placed your order and indicate on it whether you would like an exchange or a refund; 2. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office - we recommend that you send returns by registered post. Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
